You’re probably curious about the use of the word “symphonic.”
I chose symphonic because it speaks to the harmony that results when everything is working as it should, when it should. Unfortunately, in life, there are always discordant notes that make it difficult to find harmony. As a result, it has become increasingly difficult to sustain extraordinary performances—performances that are game changing.
In the posts that follow I offer principles and practices that inform the way in which I have come to live my own life and to run my own company.
